Symbols of Presence: Sound Healing Workshop with Muna Mcadie

Join Muna Mcadie for a sound healing workshop as part of Symbols of Presence at Yorkshire Artspace.
As part of Symbols of Presence we will be hosting an activation workshop with Muna Mcadie, who will lead an immersive sound bath within the exhibition space.
In this sound experience Muna is asking participants to carve out a space for themselves. Resonant quartz crystal singing bowls will be played live as we collectively seek deep relaxation, rejuvenation, introspection and rest. Each bowl nourishes the nervous system and the energy centers of the body. The results are waves of peace, heightened awareness, and relaxation of the mind and body.
There will be two slots available, lasting 50 minutes each.

Symbols of Presence is a new body of work by Christopher Jarratt in collaboration with young people from Highfield Adventure Playground mixing animation, photography and sculpture to provide a space for reflection and daydreaming.
